Ingredients:

The classic - Lemon-Dill Aioli

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice + lemon zest if desired
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup sour cream (for enriched texture and balance of flavors)
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.
  • Stir in the chopped fresh dill and mix thoroughly.
  • Season the aioli with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preferences.

  • Remove the mustard and dill from this recipe.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce for heat.
