We offer a variety of fresh, high-quality seafood including salmon, halibut, crab, tuna, shrimp, and various types of cod. Our selection varies with the season to ensure you receive the freshest catch.

Yes! We are committed to sustainable fishing practices. As the fishermen ourselves, we control the catch, ensuring it adheres to sustainable and ethical harvesting methods. This creates an amazing vertically integrated process that guarantees the health of our marine ecosystems and the highest quality seafood for our customers.

Our fish is flash-frozen at sea, a process that locks in the freshness of seafood at its peak, preserving its taste, texture, and nutritional value until you're ready to enjoy it.
Unlike grocery store seafood, which may be days old and sometimes previously frozen and thawed, our flash-frozen fish retains its just-caught flavor and superior quality. This ensures that you experience the freshest seafood possible, straight from the ocean to your table.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship to all orders outside of Washington State. We use UPS for all shipments to ensure your seafood arrives fresh and on time.

All orders are shipped with 10lbs of dry ice pellets that stay frozen for up to 48 hours. The dry ice is sealed in a plastic bag and wrapped in cool-shield thermal wrapping to maintain optimal freshness.

Orders placed between Thursday afternoon and Tuesday morning will be shipped on Tuesday afternoon. We do not ship frozen goods over the weekend to prevent thawing and spoilage.

We use UPS for all our shipments. UPS picks up from our distribution center on Whidbey Island on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 3:00 PM PT. You will receive tracking information via email once UPS scans your shipment.

  • Inside Washington and Oregon: Shipping is free for orders over $50 and will arrive the next day by 8:00 PM.
  • Outside Washington and Oregon: Orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping is free for orders over $250.

Once orders are picked up by UPS we don't control the shipment. That said, if any order is damaged, lost, or doesn't arrive on time with items still frozen, we will replace the spoiled products or provide a full refund. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

You can become a member by signing up on our website. Membership allows you to earn points and receive special offers!

Here is how to sign up:

  1. On the website homepage, locate "About" in the navigation menu.
  2. Select "Rewards."
  3. When the rewards pop-up box appears, click "Join."
  4. Enter your information and create your account.

Now, you're ready to reel in the rewards!

  • Signup: 25 Points
  • Place an order: 1 Point for every $1 spent
  • Share on Facebook: 50 Points
  • Follow on Instagram: 50 Points
  • Celebrate a birthday: 100 Points

Rack up those points and watch the rewards roll in!

Give your friends a reward and claim your own when they make a purchase. Your friend gets a $10 off coupon, and you get a $10 off coupon for each referral.

You can redeem your points for order discounts. 100 Points equal $5 off your order.

  1. On the website homepage, find the orange “Rewards” tab at the lower left of the screen.
  2. Click on the tab, then sign into your account (if you haven't already).
  3. Once signed in, choose to apply any amount of points you wish. Click "apply" and return to your checkout cart to see the points and discount applied to your order.

Important Notes:

  • Reward points can't be redeemed using the mobile version of the website. Please use a laptop/desktop or tablet.
  • Reward points cannot be applied to products that are currently on sale. They are to be used for discounts on full-price products.

We are here to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.

We stand by the quality of our seafood products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. Simply reach out to our customer support team, and we will happily replace or refund any item that didn't meet your expectations.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already begun fulfillment, we cannot guarantee cancellation and you may be charged for the order. Rest assured, we will do our very best to assist you!
