Their wild, cold water shrimp are individually glazed with salt water and quick-frozen at sea, ensuring exceptional quality. Unlike warm water or farmed counterparts, the FV Saga's sidestripe shrimp and spot prawns are renowned for their sweet and tender qualities. Harvested from the pristine waters near Petersburg, Alaska, the catch thrive in a clean, cold, saltwater environment and feed predominantly on a vegetarian diet.
